88bd Terms & Conditions

1. General Provisions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to all users of the 88bd platform and its services. 88bd ("Platform", "we", "our") operates an online betting and casino service for users in Bangladesh.

These Terms are effective under Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6). In the event of any dispute, the Bengali-language version shall be considered final.

By creating an account on the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Responsible Gaming Policy. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the platform.

2. Account Registration & Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

The minimum age to register and participate on the 88bd platform is 21. When creating an account, you must declare that you are aged 21 or above. We may request supporting documents to verify your age at any time.

2.2 One Account Per Person

Each individual may open only one 88bd account. If a single person is found to hold multiple accounts, the platform reserves the right to close all such accounts and forfeit any balances. If multiple members of the same household share a device or IP address, please notify our support team in advance.

2.3 Providing Accurate Information

All information provided at registration — name, mobile number, email, date of birth — must be truthful, accurate, and complete. Providing false information may result in account termination and forfeiture of any winnings.

2.4 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your login credentials (username and password) strictly confidential. Do not share your login details with any third party. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify our support team immediately.

3. Account Verification (KYC)

The 88bd platform follows a Know Your Customer (KYC) process to ensure a safe and secure service. Identity verification may be required before processing withdrawals or when deposits exceed a certain amount.

Documents that may be required for verification include:

• Scanned copy of National ID (NID) or passport
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used
• Proof of residence if required

Withdrawals may be temporarily held until the KYC process is complete. Failure to cooperate with verification may result in account closure.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit on the 88bd platform is ৳100 (applicable to all payment methods). Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and Bangladeshi bank transfer. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT/৳).

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour. Withdrawals can only be made to registered and verified payment methods — preference is given to the same method used for the deposit.

4.3 Transaction Verification

The platform reserves the right to temporarily hold any suspicious or unusual transaction for review. Additional information may be requested as part of anti-money laundering measures.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New users will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,200 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,200. Depositing ৳34,000 or more unlocks the maximum ৳20,000 bonus, for a total balance of ৳54,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

To withdraw winnings from a bonus, you must wager 15 times the bonus amount — on the bonus amount only (not the combined total of deposit and bonus). Example: ৳1,200 bonus × 15 = ৳18,000 in bets must be completed.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer applies once per user.
• If a bonus is not used within the specified time limit after being credited, it will be automatically cancelled.
• 88bd reserves the right to cancel a bonus if misuse or irregular betting patterns are detected.
• Bonuses may only be used for real-money betting or gameplay — bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly.
• Each promotion may have its own specific terms, which will be stated on that promotion's page.

6. Betting Rules

6.1 Bet Acceptance

Once a bet has been processed, it is considered final. 88bd reserves the right to void a placed bet in the event of a technical error or incorrect odds. In such cases, the staked amount will be refunded.

6.2 Sports Betting

Betting is available on various sports including cricket, football, and kabaddi. If the result of a match changes or is cancelled after a bet has been placed, settlement will follow 88bd's own policy. Any technical disruption during live betting will result in the affected bet being voided.

6.3 Casino Games

88bd Casino offers live casino, slots, and other games. All games are operated by third-party software providers (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, JILI, PG Soft, Spribe, etc.). Game outcomes are determined by Random Number Generator (RNG) technology.

6.4 Maximum Payout Limit

A maximum payout cap may apply to certain games or betting markets within a given time period. Please contact our support team for details.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account termination:

• Placing bets or managing an account on behalf of a minor.
• Creating multiple accounts to exploit bonuses or promotions ("bonus hunting").
• Using any software, bots, or automated tools to influence games or betting.
• Deliberately exploiting any technical error or vulnerability in the platform.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal purpose.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing platform staff.
• Stealing another user's information or gaining unauthorized access to their account.
• Selling or distributing any platform content to a third party without permission.

8. Account Closure & Suspension

8.1 Platform Rights

88bd may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account at any time, without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Violation of the Terms.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity.
• Security concerns.
• Failure to complete KYC verification.
• Legal or regulatory requirements.

8.2 User Rights

You may request to close your account at any time. Any remaining valid balance will be returned after account closure, excluding any active bonus amounts.

9. Privacy & Data Protection

Personal information may be shared with third parties only when necessary to provide the service (such as payment processing) or when required by law.

10. Responsible Gaming

If a problem arises with third-party game software (slots, live casino, etc.), 88bd is not directly liable; however, we will make every effort to assist in resolving the issue.

In any case, 88bd's liability shall be limited to the amount of the deposit held in your account.

12. Changes to Terms

88bd reserves the right to amend, add to, or remove any part of these Terms at any time. Registered users will be notified of significant changes by email or through the platform. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
